Questions Perth landlords ask us
The offer is for new management clients with a residential property in our service area, on a minimum 24 month management agreement at our standard fees. It waives the management fee for the first 6 months. Leasing fees, advertising, lease renewals, inspections, admin fees and tribunal representation still apply, and if the agreement ends early within the 24 months the waived fees can be recovered. Yes. You receive the same proactive, boutique management from day one: routine inspections, tenant care and fast issue resolution, whether you are in the free period or on standard fees.
Typically, all we need from you are one or two simple documents. We then collect the keys, contact your tenants and set up the rent payments. Check the notice period in your current agreement, and we will plan the handover around it.
Routine inspections happen three to four times a year, and you receive a photo based digital report after each one.
Not at all. Many of our landlords live away from Perth. You get detailed monthly statements, an end of financial year statement, photo inspection reports and a property manager who answers your emails.
